Nottawasaga Inn Resort facility and location is located in Alliston which is about half an hour from Barrie and an hour from Toronto. Due to a local by-law no smoking is permitted in the public areas of the property and the various hotel rooms. The Nottawasaga Resort is in a beautiful location and offers many good quality facilities and activities. The meals, especially the buffets, have very appetizing menus. The hotel is maintained to a good quality standard and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The river and golf course offers the perfect view from your bedroom window. There are also several standards of rooms to choose from.

The Nottawasaga Resort also holds annual events, such as Craft Shows, New Years Gala, and Dinner Golf Tournaments, which are open to everyone.

A popular choice is the 25 metre tropical indoor pool with a 100 ft water slide and an a safe area for children. There are tennis courts and lessons offered, a couple of ice rinks, squash and racket ball, fitness centre with aerobics classes and weights. For that all important event there is a hair salon, massage and beauty treatments available.
Jogging trails and a soccer field, as well as well maintained 3 challenging golf courses entwined with the river, two driving ranges, putting green and a couple of golf shops.
